EVENT 2025 QMJHL Cup
Haché’s lack of physical strength ultimately limited him here as the tournament went along, but some of the high-level skilled plays he was able to pull off made him as notice able as almost any Team Talbot forward. The fluidity he possesses in his handling along with his rapid skating ability made him incredibly difficult to contain in transition, as he was able to maintain his speed through receptions, control and maneuver pucks around defenders at top speed and gain the offensive blueline. His speed allowed him to consistently get a step on defenders, forcing them to turn around as he worked his way around them and either attempted a hook pass to the middle of the ice or tried to take it to the net himself. His puck skills allowed him to make a few skilled plays off the halfwall as well, making quick dekes around sticks along the perimeter to work his way into space and make hard cuts to the middle of the ice looking to create inside.

EVENT 2024 Monctonian
Watching Haché play for his club team really helped me materialize the true dynamism he possesses in his game. The skill level was obviously apparent in previous settings, but I may have undersold the high-end offensive talent and his ability to break open a game. He’s quite the effective distributor in transition, making tape to tape passes that allowed his teammates to maintain their stride upon reception and enter the zone with speed and control. What really set him apart from his peers were his skill as a puck-carrier in transition where he flashed powerful crossover ability to build speed quickly in conjunction with his high-end puck skills that allowed him to handle the puck at full flight. Although he’ll need to develop his on-puck route taking, his best moments came when he was able to drive the middle with speed, dish off to the flanks and drive the net looking for a return pass for a chance in tight. His skillset allows him to be effective in tight areas as well, leveraging his puck skills and explosiveness to separate from defenders along the perimeter and gain access to the interior of the offensive zone.

EVENT 2024 QMJHL Cup
Although the production may not pop out at you upon first glance, I thought Haché was one of the more dynamic forwards for New Brunswick for the event. His overall offensive toolkit rivaled the best of the best here at this event, demonstrating strong puck control and jersey flapping speed that allowed him to carve through defenders in the neutral zone, consistently gain the offensive blueline for controlled entries and leverage his puck skills to win out in one on one situations. I noted a handful of times where he was able to take the puck from his own end into the offensive zone and either pull a puck through or toe drag around a defender to break in alone for a chance in tight. He flashed some playmaking off the rush as well, often by catching a step on a defender, circling behind the net and slipping trailing options in the high slot to create dangerous looks from the middle. He was able to use his skill to get off the halfwall with the puck by slicing through the hands of defenders, attack the middle of the ice and get shots off from the slot area.

EVENT 2024 New Brunswick U16 High Performance Camp
Hache got better and better with each passing shift and ended the camp on a really strong note for Team Yellow. Once he got his legs moving on a more consistent basis, he was able to generate chances for himself by pressuring defenders, stripping them of the puck and making hard cuts to the net. His speed as a puck-carrier was quite noticeable throughout, opting to attack defenders head on while he gained the line and leverage his puck skills to cut inside on defenders in one on one situations and get shots off from the middle of the ice. He was always engaged in battles for loose pucks, using his rapid footwork along with his strength to outmuscle defenders and generate puck touches for himself in the offensive zone.

Game Information 2025 QMJHL Cup: Team Bergeron vs Team Talbot
Hache’s ability to control the puck at high speeds made him one of the better rush attackers for Team Talbot throughout this game. His ability to maintain his speed upon reception and move fluidly around defenders at this speed made him nearly impossible to contain in the neutral zone and lead to plenty of controlled entries. Once he gained the zone, he was able to consistently get a step on defenders, drive wide around them and hook passes to the middle of the ice looking to create chances in the slot. Although it was on the power play, he had one very impressive sequence where he was able to utilize his puck skills to pull a puck through a defender from off the half wall, attack the middle of the ice and get a shot off from the mid-slot that was denied.

Game Information Monctonian AAA Challenge All-Star Game: Team Blue vs Team White
I thought Hache brought a dynamic element that Team Blue lacked throughout their forward group as he demonstrated the ability to create opportunities on his own and drive play in transition. He was one of the few forwards who could consistently build up speed through the neutral zone, carve through defenders with his hands and execute controlled entries as a consequence. He had a great shift in the second period where he got the puck along the perimeter and made a quick behind the back pass to himself to generate space from a defender before using his high-end puck skills to get off the wall and get a shot off from the interior. He earned himself a primary assist in the second as well when attacked wide with speed off the rush and fired a hard and low shot that popped out in rebound for a teammate to tap home.

Game Information 2024 QMJHL Cup: Nova Scotia vs New Brunswick
There may not have been a more dynamic puck-carrier throughout the entirety of this game than Haché. He possesses high-end skating and stickhandling ability that he used to carve through defenders at top speed in transition, executing plenty of controlled entries and subsequent passes to the slot once he gained the line. The speed he showed in transition was enough to force defenders to back up when he attacked, which helped create space up high for his teammates and gave him more options as a rush attacker. Along the perimeter in the offensive zone he could use his hands to cut around defenders, gain access to the middle of the ice and either get a shot off to the inside or dish off to a teammate for a dangerous chance.

Game Information 2024 QMJHL Cup: New Brunswick vs Newfoundland
I came away from this game quite impressed with Haché, who possesses all the tools to be a solid transitional player at the next level. His hands and feet work very well in unison, allowing him to carry the puck fluidly at his top speed and stickhandle through defenders for plenty of controlled entries that lead to lengthy offensive zone sequences. His speed was being well utilized off-puck as well, as he was using it to hound Newfoundland defenders in the offensive zone and either rushed plays or win the puck back for his line. One particularly outstanding sequence came in the third period when he got in first on the forecheck, stole the puck from a defender and fired a perfect shot over the goaltender’s shoulder from below the circle for his teams 6th goal.

Game Information 2024 New Brunswick High Performance Camp: Team Yellow vs Team White (Game 2)
One of the lone bright spots for Team Yellow, Hache was battling hard for the puck all game long and generating chances as a consequence. He was attacking defenders head on with the puck every chance he got, using his speed to back them up in order to gain the line before leveraging his puck skills to pull pucks through and either get a shot off or funnel a pass to the middle of the ice. He was utilizing his speed to get in on the forecheck as well, and in one sequence he was able to strip a defender of the puck below the goal line before making a hard cut to the net for a chance in tight.
