EVENT 2025 QMJHL Cup
Foucher was able to generate plenty of puck touches for himself throughout the tournament, building up speed through the neutral zone, attacking through seams and catching passes in stride to execute controlled entries. Once he entered the zone, he often opted to take defenders head on, looking to work his way around them to push them back on their heels and either make a hard cut to the net or hook a pass up high to the trailer option. He leveraged his frame a few times in the defensive zone, laying out big hits on puck-carriers to create loose pucks and initiate quick counterattacks off the rush.

EVENT 2024 CCM Challenge
It was nice to finally get some eyes on Foucher after missing him due to injury through the prior regular season games I had seen. All in all, I came away liking the player for his technical abilities and intelligent playmaking habits off the rush. He was able to build up speed through the neutral zone with the puck on his stick through quick crossovers, using his teammates to dish off then skate into an open area looking to work a give and go and get himself some puck touches in open ice. He was able to execute some difficult cross-ice feeds in transition as well, spotting streaking options through layers and hit them in stride so they could attack downhill. I also noted his ability to deal with contact off the cycle, spinning off checks to work his way into space out of his turns and utilizing his aforementioned footspeed to win races to loose pucks all over the zone to maintain possession and sustained pressure.
