Hockey Essentials vs. Windy City Storm
It is easy to see how his abilities will continue to improve once he adds more core strength and physical maturity. He shows poise in his smoother skating stride and can flash techniques like opening his hips with a mohawk style while moving around the edges. His speed certainly doesn’t hold him back currently but it is encouraging to imagine how it will improve. He had a forehand to backhand chance in tight along the boards and showed that higher-end touch to his puck control and reaction times. I always found he had his head up under pressure and was able to find teammates in the slot. He’s a good quality player who will be able to use more of his abilities with maturity.
