Jameson was a name I was focused on coming in, and he did not disappoint. I loved the way he controlled the pace of play in the neutral zone, and to some degree, manipulate the defenders. His ability to cut wide in the neutral zone and cut into the offensive zone on a dime was massively impressive and let to a bunch of middle ice puck touches.

One of the more talented and dynamic forwards in this game, Glance was one of the few Mount St. Charles forwards who was consistently brining offense on a shift to shift basis. His stickhandling ability is a sight to behold, especially in tight areas where he’s able to take on multiple defenders and somehow come out with the puck. He makes puck transporting look extremely easy, maneuvering around defenders in the neutral zone with relative ease and driving play for his team. Towards the end of the game when him and the rest of the team started getting frustrated, I thought he started to try and force things offensively. He was throwing shots on net from awkward angles and forcing passes to the slot albeit in crowded areas.

Jameson Glance continues to be a perpetual play driver for this Mount St. Charles team and from start to finish he was such a key player. He is able to create space for himself and generate opportunities for people around him by using his skill to get in behind and unlock the first layer of defense. He quickly jumped off the wing on an offensive zone draw to grab the puck and was rewarded with a goal. He shows great intuition and uses his agility and quickness to get himself well positioned to win races and get on the puck. He is dangerous carrying the puck up the ice and is a great lateral skater, cutting across the lane with ease and getting himself into the center lane to open up the ice. He really impressed me with his assist on the final goal of the game as he entered the zone in a 2 on 4 situation and after being rubbed off the puck and going down he got back up quickly before he was closed down and won the puck battle and turned into the middle of the ice to find Chance Adams for his second goal. That kind of persistence and determination at that stage in the game is something that stands out and his teammates will rally behind that.
