Gojsic is the heartbeat of this team and was trying his hardest to drag his team into the fight emotionally. He laid a couple of huge hits, his feet were always moving, his game was full of stops and starts, and while his team withered around him as the game progressed, Gojsic’s effort level only increased. I like players where their hatred of losing is worn on the sleeve and Gojsic certainly fits the bill. He has a quick shot that the Alberta goaltender had trouble handling cleanly and showed some nice stickhandling in tight spaces but ultimately struggled to generate a ton by himself.
