Game Information GTHL U16 Playoffs
In a tough matchup against the loaded Don Mills Flyers, Sheck had a solid defensive showing. He was aggressive in the neutral zone, always looking to jump passing lanes, apply pressure, and stop transitions. Aaron was getting into the attackers' space and made life difficult at times for them to cross his blueline. He had his usual few moments of carrying pucks through the neutral zone, where his mobility and handling jumped off the page, but his key value added was in shutting down Don Mills' rushes.

Game Information GTHL U16: Reps Hockey Club vs. Mississauga Rebels
I've watched the Reps a handful of times recently, and Sheck has been the top defender across all of those viewings, and that was also the case in this game. He was aggressive with the puck, typically looking to carry pucks up ice through the neutral zone and spark controlled transitions. Aaron was confident and assertive, never shying away from opportunities to push play forward and try to make things happen offensively. This constant desire to activate and jump up in the play has been the consistent theme across all viewings of the Reps this season, so it was no surprise that it was why he caught my eye again. Sheck tallied a powerplay marker, blasting a shot high past the netminder from the wing of the umbrella. I'm working under the assumption that Sheck is among a slew of QMJHL draft-eligible players in Ontario this season, so he isn't someone who will crack my list, but he's impressed with every viewing of the Reps this season and is someone worth keeping tabs on for Q teams.
