EVENT 2024 Whitby Silver Stick
I really liked Campbell's game over the Silver Stick. He was confident with the puck on his stick, never panicking under pressure, and looking to advance play up ice with control. Time and time again, Cade was carrying pucks through the neutral zone, taking control of breakouts and zone entries, and just dominating in transition for the Red Wings. His lateral mobility was the key here, always having the footwork required to escape a check, spin off a forechecker, and create time and space for himself. Campbell had some flashes of creating offence, scoring one off a blast from the point in my views, but all of my notes revolved around this confidence to play with the puck and get pucks into the offensive zone with control.

EVENT 2024 Toronto Titans Tournament
I noted Campbell for his combination of lateral mobility, puck handling, and confidence to rely on those two elements to impact the play. When he had the puck, he never shied away from an opportunity to use those tools to evade an oncoming forechecker and create the space required to make a play with control. Campbell was calm, cool, and collected with the puck on his stick and just always seemed to spot the right play, even if that meant dodging pressure with a slick move. I just came away thinking there is the foundation set of tools I typically am looking for in my evaluation process, and he had the ambition and confidence to leverage those tools to impact the game positively.

This wasn't the best game I've seen from Campbell, but there were still flashes where you saw what his game was all about. That blend of confidence and mobility to push pucks forward, get involved up ice, and try to jump in the rush came through in a few sequences. His powerful strides and lateral mobility have been at the core of my assessment of Cade's game, and it was great to see those tools applied correctly, even if only in a handful of spurts in this game.

Game Information 2025 GTHL Top Prospects Game
Campbell had a strong game as a puck-mover out of the back end, almost always hitting on his exit and outlet passes, sparking plenty of transitions for Team Red. When he had the puck, Cade was confident and patient, never rushing his decisions and always seemingly looking to play with control. He had a few nice flashes showing his mobility, carrying the puck forward when there was open ice and transitioning pucks himself.
