EVENT 2024 Whitby Silver Stick
The Silver Stick had a few players who exceeded my expectations, and Eloan was one of them. I mainly noted him for his smart decision-making, never rushing his sequences, and always playing with control. Especially in the offensive zone, Le Gallic operated on the outside of the outside of the zone well, controlling the play for extended periods and exploiting plenty of passing lanes to the interior. He just always seemed in control, combining patience and confidence to handle the puck and allow plays to develop. He's a quick, fluid skater and showed some slick handling, but the processing and brain were what I mainly noted and what landed him on my rankings.

EVENT 2024 Toronto Titans Tournament
I liked Eloan for his desire to play with control and never rush his decisions. Especially off the rush, he handled the puck with a tactical approach, using smart touches to navigate pressure and set up controlled offensive zone sequences. If he needed to use a crafty move or use a delay to buy space, Eloan could spot what was required for the situation to ensure he maintained possession. Le Gallic showed solid hands in small areas, again relying on his quick handling to dodge pressure and secure the puck within the offensive zone. He had many sequences where all of this came together, and he swiftly evaded a check in the offensive zone and then hit a teammate in the slot for a quality chance. I saw U15 HPL a few times last season, but I didn't come away with much of an impression from Le Gallic, so it was nice to see him shine over the Titans Tournament.

Game Information GTHL U16 Playoffs
Eloan was fantastic in this viewing, all for the little details of his game. He was always in the right spot, processing the game correctly, and playing a really smart game. This strong positional play put him in advantageous positions to contest for loose pucks, battle for possession, and cut off passing options, making him highly impactful on the forecheck. With the puck, Eloan was similarly clever, processing his options correctly and almost always choosing the right option to link plays together. Le Gallic finished the game, scoring the OT winner, being in the right spot beside the net to capitalize on a rebound and secure the victory for Vaughan.
