There were a lot of little moments that went Luka’s way like strong faceoff wins back, staying in the middle of the ice in quality supportive positioning to deter breakouts and cause turnovers, and forechecking with decent intensity. I thought some moments he could have finished off his routes with a bit more fervor but the stick positioning was usually solid too from my perspective. He’s another one of NAX’s strong, developing, two-way players who uses that versatility to their advantage to battle in all three zones. His one shot I made note of from a distance rocketed off the back wall.
