EVENT 2025 QMJHL Cup
Levy was slowly coming into his own and showing he belonged here before an injury took him out in the third game of the tournament. Despite that, I thought he was able to utilize his physical tools in a highly effective manner throughout while also showcasing some intriguing offensive instincts. He made a handful of nice stops while defending off the rush, getting his stick into lanes to block cross-ice feeds while also leveraging his wingspan to reach around puck-carriers to knock pucks loose as they drove the net. He made some impressive plays on DZ retrievals while dealing with forecheckers by boxing out forecheckers with his frame, buying himself time to make a quick scan and move the puck up ice that lead to a clean exit out of the zone. His offensive contributions were a pleasant surprise, as Levy flashed some impressive puck rushes up ice to weave around pressure and gain the offensive zone with control while also activating into space off the rush that earned him a couple of solid looks from the middle of the ice.

Game Information 2025 QMJHL Cup: Team Daigle vs Team Talbot
Levy left this game a little more than halfway through due to injury but didn’t stop him from standing out consistently in the time he was allotted. His physical tools really helped set him apart, combining a strong skating base in a 6’4 frame that made him difficult to get by defensively and allowed him to jump into play offensively. Some of his best work came on DZ retrievals where he was able to consistently box out forecheckers, win the race to the puck and either wheel the puck out of danger himself or make a quick outlet up to a winger. He made a shrewd activation early on in the game as well where he jumped into space off the rush and got himself a look from mid ranger but was denied. He was using his reach effectively as well, especially in the neutral zone where he was taking away time and space and killing rush plays at a high rate.
