Morasse was a defender who brought a steady and reliable presence to the Blizzard’s backend. His best moments came while killing plays off the rush, using his lateral mobility to close in quickly on defenders in the neutral zone and either dislodge pucks from puck-carriers or force dump ins behind him. He was active and aggressive in the offensive zone as well, executing shrewd pinches down the wall to keep plays alive and force pucks deep back into the zone.
