Dragusica’s skating shined in my viewing over the Holiday Classic. His powerful stride enables him to move effortlessly over the ice. He was excellent in defensive zone retrieval situations, as in almost every sequence, he corralled the loose puck, got his head up, and found a path out of danger. In addition, Luke applied physical contact when necessary to deny a rush opportunity proving that he can put his size to practical use. His play at the Marlboros Classic further solidified my thoughts on Luke being a very projectable top 4 defender at the Junior level.
