It wasn't the best game from Cali, but I still saw some of the tools shine through that have made me so optimstic of his game. He broke up countless plays in the neutral zone or his defensive third, showcasing his two-way play that I've talked about all season. With the puck, he was tactical, using deliberate touches to escape pressure and keep play within the Majors control, securing zone exits and entries in the process.
