Among having the best 2009-born Québec players, the second phase of this season’s QMJHL Cup also saw four teams made up of the best 2008-born draft eligible skaters who are playing at the M17 or High School level. Among those teams, we have identified five players who we believe established themselves as legitimate QMJHL prospects
