Day 4: 2021 USA Hockey Select 16 Camp - Terrance displayed very good puck skill on a couple of instances in this game. He was not neutralized by medium to heavily congested traffic, but flew by the seat of his pants a little bit while using very technical dekes to maneuver around his opponents. The extension of both his body and stick, while staying relatively well balanced, enable him to collect and defend otherwise out-of-reach pucks, which is a benefit on both sides of the puck. He also demonstrated good vision to distribute the puck while under pressure. Off-puck, Terrance showed the willingness, eagerness and intuition to attack vulnerable areas and position himself well for quick strikes. There is absolutely some refinement to be made in terms of his consistency, but this is a kid who possesses a lot of raw tools to build upon. Although by and large, an improvement to his foot-speed would pay massive dividends in terms of his overall package, his rumble up the wall part-way through the second period, and subsequent laser pass from the corner earns nearly full credit for the goal that put White up 3-0 in the 2nd period.
