The 2023 Phase I of the USHL Draft took place May 2nd and saw 10 rounds worth of picks across all the USHL teams. The Madison Capitols kicked things off by selecting Sam Kappell first overall. The USHL Draft is always a bit of a hectic one, with players going all over the place, with
